WES PTU Academic Request Form

Do i need to my college to get Academic Request Form signed and then upload it to PTU or this document is optional?

It is mandatory; without it, PTU does not entertain your request for providing transcripts.
It is an online process and requires all the documents to be uploaded.
Please create a PTU student portal profile and check the required documents.

I want to know if WES evaluate Distance MCA from PTU as master or it will give postgraduate evaluation ?
