Wes profile Date Of Birth

I completed WES evaluation. My report have wrong date of birth because there was mistake in my profile.
My certificates are correct.

Now I need to get my date of birth corrected in WES profile and need new corrected report.

I message several times at WES mail..but no response.

Please help with your valuable suggestion and opinions.

I tried several times, I can't contact .
Its just hearing pre recorded information, to contact by email.
I am not satisfied from the mails already I sent.
Any other options?
