Wes process query??

Hello,
I have applied for my credentials evaluation at WES. I have sent by B.COM AND MBA degree and transcripts attested by HEC at WES. I have paid the fees and they have provided the reference number. But now they are asking for my Matric and Inter degree and transcript sent directly by the board of inter and secondary education. I have passed my Matric and inter 10 years ago.
Now what should I do?

You need to send those as this is their basic requirement for ECA.

Is it necessary that the respective boards (Inter and secondary) should send my verified mark sheets and degrees to WES? Can I send the envelopes sealed by the respective boards by myself through fed ex to WES?

HSC (Intermediate) Attested Degree in Sealed Envelop is required only, in BISE there is fee of 1500 and they provide in max 10 days in sealed envelops to be sent to WES by yourself.

But on which address I can email after receiving it from BSEK:
I have sent my B.com and MBA particulars to WES at :

But now they are asking for my Secondary and Intermediate particulars to be sent directly by the board at WES with the transcript request form but in the transcript request form two different address are mentioned :
