Go to the churchgate campus. Next to Sydenham. Once you fill the inquiry form on the ground floor they will direct you to the correct place. There's a section called 'document verification' . They are very familiar with the process. Give them xerox copies of your mark sheets and passing certificate / convocation. They will fill up a form , staple your documents together and ask you to pay at another counter. Come back with receipt and submit your documents. Go back after 20 days to the same place. They will show you the docs, ask you to check it, stamps etc. Once you're ok, they will put it in an envelope, signed, sealed, with Wes address and give it to you. Make sure they have put your correct Wes reference on the cover. You can courier this directly to Wes.
Tip: carry a4 envelopes with you while going to collect docs as a precaution, cause sometime some officials don't give. Hope this helps.
Get the BMM first two years marksheets attested (stamped sealed ) by college. Wes will accept it. Most colleges are aware of this procedure. Tell them it's for higher studies, they'll know. Only get your third year and final passing degree and/or convocation attested by univ. please note All documents for both college and university will HAVE TO BE IN SEALED ENVELOPES. Wes will reject if u simply send them loose attested documents. So now u have two envelopes - one for college (fy +sy) & one for univ (ty+ degree) .. put both in one big envelope and send to Wes. Make sure Wes ref no is on all 3 envelopes. Good luckFrom the WES website:
"B.A., B.Sc., B.Com.
Mark sheets for years 1 and 2 of your study program (semesters 1-4) may be issued and attested by the college you attended. Mark sheets representing year 3 must be issued and attested by the University of Mumbai.
For all other degrees earned through the University of Mumbai, marks sheets for all years of study must be issued and attested by the university or the autonomous college you attended."
Don't get this really considering I have completed my BMM course and the format is exactly the same as BSC BCOM. Not sure what to do here as University of Mumbai will NOT attest any college-issued marksheets.
Help appreciated here.
Thanks a lot. Was planning to do this exactly as I could not think of doing anything else that's logical really.Get the BMM first two years marksheets attested (stamped sealed ) by college. never applied for a convocation. Any idea how long it will take? I just have the marksheets and passing certificate, which have been attested already.Get the BMM first two years marksheets attested (stamped sealed ) by college. Wes will accept it. examinations conducted by college, stamped and sealed in one envelope, examinations by uni stamped and sealed in another. You can place both these envelopes in a larger envelope and send it across - WES ref numbers on all three envelopes. As a precaution, you can place a letter of explanation, if you want, for WES, explaining why the 2 separate envelopes.Hi,
Im aplying for WES, I have a BE degree, just want to make sure if i have the got the requirements right:
1) Sem 3-6 transcripts have to attested by your college and sealed ?
2) Sem 1 and 4 transcripts have to be attested by the university and sealed in another envelope ?
Do we send these together in a whole new envelope ? or separately with the WES reference number on each of them ?
Would appreciate any help on this. Thanks
you are welcome. assuming you got your work done. Another way you can do this is toget it stamped by your college and not sealed, but stamped again by the university and then sealed in all together. Just to make sure that you have the university's stamp on all your documents.Thank you so much, zagcollins
