WES pdf considered a copy?

My WES has been completed but I haven't received the hard copy. Does the pdf they provide considered a copy or does the original have a signature or stamp on it?

the pdf is excatly the same as the original , the WES report is cross checked by the refrence number hence you can take a print of the pdf and submit it along with your application.
