WES Payment Problem via VISA Credit Card

Dear People,
I registered to WES 5 days back. At first I chose the option for making payment via Western Union but due to some reasons I couldn't make it & now even the validity has expired. In parallel I had been trying from the past 3 days to make the payment via my colleague's VISA Credit Card but unfortunately its not getting through. The error I am receiving is "Unable to process your selected payment method. Please make sure the entered information is correct and up-to-date. For international cards, please contact your provider for assistance."

My colleague has been using this Credit Card for purchasing things from even amazon.com

I tried contacting WES two times till date but haven't received a single response from their side. I am extremely tensed at the moment because alternatively I have began the attestation of my documents in my home country but at the same time the payment isn't made. So i am not sure if my institutes send out the documents in the meantime while my payment for WES isn't made will result in some kind of confusion/problem or not.

Please advise what can be the problem & solution for the payment problem?

The owner of the creit card should advise the provider (VISA, AMEX, etc.) that they are making an internation purchase in Canada so it is not flagged as stolen due to irregular purchase. Will probably solve the problem.

Contact your Card provider to enable international usage and also not to flag you from purchasing on a Canadian site. Most banks disable international usage by default. So contact your bank.

Contact your Card provider to enable international usage. I dont know how the banks and their systems work, because prior to making that call i was already able to purchase and make online transactions. However making the payment to WES wasn't happening.

Anyhow, as per the advise received from this forum, I contacted the bank & they affirmed about opening the transaction channel for an hour. After doing so the payment was successful.

What should I do? I tried Mater and Visa card but not working. Please solve this issue. I also have to apply for VISA.

Which cards have you tried yet? If you found any solution please share here. I have to submit my document to WES as soon as possible. Because from 1 st January Carleton university will start winter term. This is My number 9157970933. May we can solve the problem together.

Hi... I have same problem. I tried to do payment by my visa credit card yesterday, but it failed. than today i try to it again, and still failed. I asked my bank who provided the card, they said there weren't any problem with my card. I really confused what should i do now? to solve this problem.

Guys, the missing field is "province/state"which disappears the moment you choose any country other than US or Canada. If you go through the web address after attempting the payment you will see the mention of error on "province/ state missing". Not sure how to so solve this . Can someone pls guide.

i was facing the same issue, i tried through 6-7 credit cards but the payment page kept reloading and asking for the same information. So i tried to make the payment through my debit card and it went through. So guys just make the payment through your debit card and it will be successful.
