WES Order & Tracking

I have applied to WES for my ECA 2 weeks back. Created account and paid the amount.
I then contacted my university (PTU), created the query of transcripts and paid the amount there as well.
I proactively sent my degree scans to the WES Toronto office after that.

Now, my courier guy informed me that the certificates xerox have been delivered to WES Toronto office.
My PTU query status shows "It will be completed in 15 days"
My WES account status shows "Document yet to Receive"

Just wondering how much time it takes to send transcripts from PTU to Toronto?
Is there a way to track all this?
Will I get any update from WES once they receive my documents?
Because it seems like my courier was delivered to them 4 days back but neither I got any update on that from WES nor any kind of status change was shown in my WES order form.

Please guide.

You can call up the WES customer care and enquire them quoting your reference number, if they have received your transcripts/courier or not

Be prepared for at least a 45 mins wait on the phone, they are notorious for that, but when you get an agent, he/she is always helpful.
