i have a query regarding attestation. WES donot consider and take too much time for the universities that linked to HEC because HEC site is underconstruction. so WES has rejected mostly application. Is that true?? Suggestions/?

do you mean HEC university Paris? can you explain HEC?

try searching for your university name in WES, there is a search option. if your university is listed, it can be evaluated.

while applying WES, you get an Academic Records Request Form where you can mention your WES reference number. The university has to mention WES reference number including the address of Documentation centre by which WES sort your mail. Do note that some universities do not accept photocopies of your detailed mark sheets with your reference number mentioned on top of that. so avoid it.
