WES observation

I sent sealed and stamped envelops received from the Gujarat University to WES. Envelop containing attested copies of degree certificate from Gujarat university and transcript attested by my L M Pharmacy college and Gujarat University both, Envelopes were sealed ans stamped by the University.

My status says -

Degree Certificate (Final or Provisional) - Accepted
Statement of Marks - Not Accepted

Reason: WES received your college record attested by your university.However, WES requires that your university both issue and attest your university mark sheets.

Instructions: Please ask your university to issue and attest your university mark sheets and send to WES in a sealed envelope that is stamped or signed on the back flap by the appropriate official.

Could somebody please help me?

Transcripts need to issued by the university and not the college, unless, the college is a UGC approved autonomous college. If your college is present in this list: Autonomous Colleges - UGChttps://www.ugc.ac.in › oldpdf › colleges › autonomous_colleges-list. It can issue transcripts, otherwise, your university is supposed to isse you your transcripts.
