WES no update!

Hello everyone,
My school sent out my documents on December, 5th 2018. That's over a month ago, the website status is still waiting for my documents. I called their customer service who were not helpful at all. I sent them an e-mail to inquire about the status of my documents, but I didn't receive any response.
Anyone in the same situation?
What is your advice to me, what can I do to expedite the process?

How did you get the contact number?

They will respond if you emailed via the contact us optiin and quote your wes reference number

Their contact number is on WES website. The girl who took my phone call really didn't know anything more than the status on my pofile page and she said it os due to high volume of applications, however it is more than a month in the mail with no updates, I am starting to feel anxious.

It's probably coz of the christmas hols.hold on
