WES Necessity?

Hello all,
I have a full time masters degree in chem engineering from Canadian University.

I am in India now and one of the consultants here said I need to get the WES for my Undergraduate degree too.
could someone please tell me if I really need to get the WES for my bachelors degree or not.

Your consultant is mistaken, and would therefore advise you to be very careful, as this is a very basic piece of information.
You don't need to have an ECA for your Canadian degree. And even if you did, the ECA is only required for the highest degree, which in your case is Masters.
