My transcripts were sent directly from my university to WES and I sent a copy of my degree. I have completed my BDS(Bachelors in Dental Surgery) from India. It took them nearly 6 weeks to evaluate. When I got a mail that the evaluation is finished and checked the E copy in the Remarks section it was written that Bachelors of Dental Surgery is the first professional degree in Dentistry in Egypt.
I just want to know when the documents were sent from India and the country name and university is mentioned correct. Then how come in the remarks section they put Egypt. I tried contacting WES and they said would take 3-5 business days. Still didn't get any response and called again the said that they have escalated the query to the concerned authorities. Due to this wrong information I couldn't enter the pool and missed the last draw for which I could have got ITA as my CRS is 452. Need help how to go about regarding this matter
