WES masters, should i upload bachelors degree also after ITA

You only have to upload the degree that you have an ECA for. Uploading both won't hurt you though.
i have mentioned bachelors and masters in my EE profile, but only masters has ECA, shall i just upload bachelors transcripts also without ECA
