WES, JNTUH, pls confirm if its correct documents

Dear experts
Please confirm if I am sending the correct document for my engineering degree evaluation. I order transcripts from third party online.

They give me all my semisters transcripts, transcripts of consolidated marksheet and transcript of provisional certificate in one sealed envelope.

Do I send this envelope directly to wes with the reference number on it.

OR

Do I take copy of my original degree and keep the copy and the envelope from JNTU in 1 big envelope and send to WES with ref number.

Pls suggest me.

you can fo both as long as you don't open the sealed envelope.

you can do both. just don't unseal the sealed envelope. both means you can send them separately or send them as one big envelope. Wasn't that your question?
