WES issues

Hello everyone.
I writing to ask for help about the status between “Cuba and WES” in order to get my ECA. The fact is that in Cuba the institution designed to submit documents to WES “Consultoria Juridica Internacional” told me that they are able to send all my documents without problems. I mean, They can send my certificates and academic transcript. However, the main problem is that they can't fill the “Academic Records Request Form” because Cuba are not able to sign this form. So my question is:
Is there any problem If I submit all my documents to WES without the “Academic Records Request Form”. I tried to contact directly with them but not success. If anyone can help me I will be very grateful for your time.

am sure you can send transcripts without that form.

i know a lot of people who sent theirs without the form and they have their WES report already

You can contact WES by sending mail about your problem they may help you in this situation. The contact us form can be used for the queries.
Usually they reply in 3-4 days.
