WES Issue - anyone from Tumkur University?

Hi,

My wife's WES evaluation is stuck from almost 1.5 months. They have accepted bachelor's degree but for master they have put on hold/pending.

"WES has requested further verification from the issuing institution and is waiting for their response."

They mentioned they have sent email to University and postal as well. However University person have mentioned they haven't received email from WES or postal either.

I have tried to contact WES asking to which email address they have sent (so that I can tell University or ask WES to send to correct email). However WES keeps refusing to disclose either sent email address or tracking code citing confidentiality issues.

It's been almost 1.5 months and we are getting bit impatient. What should we do in this case? How to move further?

Anyone here from Tumkur University?

I remember, once I had that same problem. instead emailing to them, I called the number on their website directly.

they promised me to check the issue and reply if I write them an email.

I called them. However the person mentioned they cannot do much as its between WES verification team and University. They cannot even tell if the postal reached as there is no tracking.

Really very sad such a bad system no transparency and lack of communication. Anyway thanks for the suggestion. I will personally go there.

No. The matter is stuck forever between WES and University. No change in status.

That's really bad then why don't you try from the CES Education evaluation agency. I have heard people get it done through them and got positive results in 12 weeks.

Yeah will see for a month if WES issue doesn't resolve then will try CES. Have to start the whole process again like sending bachelor's, master's both transcript and cost and all.

Whether you visited the Tumkur University or spoke to someone there?

Not yet, planning to go next week.
I have planned to do it through CES and we can send electronic copy of the transcripts to CES through tr only highest degree evaluation is enough to get all points.

Ohh is it? No need to send bachelor's transcript? Have you confirmed with CES about this?

Ask Tumkur University to send the transcripts properly though.

Ya CES doesn't ask for previous degrees it just evaluates for the degree request we send for.
