WES is waiting for my documents although they are there

On their site, it says waiting for my documents, although I have a notification with a signature that my documents were received. I read that it happens that people wait for some days until the documents status change. I want to know if that's common or not, and how can I check if my stuff has arrived normally.

Status update usually takes upto a week. No need to worry.

The issue is still actual, I wrote them and got a reply that my documents will be added by 1 -st of February, but they are still not added.

What can I do next?

Use Twitter account to communicate only then they fix such issues otherwise thry ll keep on causing delays
