WES is considered my dual degree or not?

I have completed: Part Time (11 Months)Executive General Management Program(IIMB).

In my WES Report:* Summary: Only the Bachelor Degree is mentioned*

*Detailed Version(WES): They considered this degree as:
Canadian Equivalency- Completion of Study in an Executive Management Program at a graduate School Of Business

So I am not sure whether they actually considered this degree as some certificate or as such?

While filling up the application form I came acroSS below mentioned options, so which one to choose

1.)Two or more post secondary credential with atleast one being 3+ years?

2.)Or just BACHELOR'S DEGREE?

I am also looking for an answer to the same question. I did IIM Bangalore Business analytics and Intelligence (BAI) which is almost the same as EGMP. You must have figured out the answer already. Please let us know if it was considered as "Two or more degrees, diplomas or certificates" and you got additional points. This information will be of immense help.

You can’t claim point for your one year diploma if Wes has not mentioned it’s equivalency in their report.

Is Canadian 2 years (undergraduate diploma) considered for Express Entry if credits have been transferred from foreign bachelors here?
WES doesn't evaluate Canadian credentials so not sure.
