My spouse and I have decided to apply for permanent residence through the express entry route.
1. We want to have our educational credentials evaluated either through IQAS or WES. Can anyone recommend which is better?
2. We both have distance learning LL.B Degrees, while I have a distance learning LL.M Degree. I wanted to know what location I should put down for the study. UK or Pakistan? Will it make a difference later? When I put down Pakistan, "University of London" doesn't appear in the WES selection.
3. I have heard that WES does not issue a "First Professional Degree" for LL.B. Can someone please clarify what this means essentially and whether it is true?
4. My wife has a finance degree, in addition to a post-graduate LL.B, from two different institutions. Should she have both of those assessed?
