WES/ICAS verification for Sikkim Manipal University (Distance Education) & North East Frontier Technical University

Hi Everyone,

I am planning on applying for ECA through WES, I have done my Bachelor's from Sikkim Manipal University (Distance Education) (2011 to 2014) & my Master's through North East Frontier Technical University. As WES requires us to submit both Bachelor's & Master's degree for anyone who have studied in India, hence wanted to know if I should go through WES or do I need to go through some other ECA (CES / ICAS / IQAS / ICES ) ??
