i need some urgent guidance regarding WES.. as i attested my documents from ibcc pakistan..do i need to attach WES academic record form with my attested documents.

After attestation, you need to envelope that attested certificate copies and related filled WES Request form.

thanks.. should i ask IBCC to fill my WES form or i need to go to the concern board.. as i have attested all my originals back in 2016. so board ask me to go directly to ibcc for attestation of photocopies..
my question is that who will fill my WES form concern board or IBCC.

First of all if your documents are already attested in the past than Board can attest and envelope it. WES form should be filled by applicant and from board authorized person can sign it.
