Hi
I guess you are still in the ordering process, so I will suggest you to order a hard copy as well. After evaluation, WES sends you the report by email, and the same report is what they deliver as a hard copy. But while applying to IRCC, you need to be very particular and to be on a safe side, just get the hard copy.
