Hi All,

I have completed my bachelors degree from autonomous college affiliated with Osmania University. When trying to apply documents online on OU website it does not allow me to choose any other certificates except Degree certificate and gives an error "Transcripts of Consolidated Memo will not issue for autonomous colleges",
where as WES requires marksheets of every semester attested. Please suggest on how to apply for the marksheets online or should I go to the college to get my marks memo?

Hi Guys, Thanks for the wonderful and informative blogs. I am planning to apply for my WES Evaluation for M.B.A, OU, and have the below questions:
1. I have registered online and selected WES Certificates. Here, i have selected all the available certificates(just to be on the safe side). Here is it mandatory to send a copy of degree certificate ? (I haven't applied for degree certificate yet)
2. How ever, i have applied for degree certificate now, but yet to receive. Meanwhile can i apply for WES without degree certificate if it is not mandatory for WES?
2. I have selected Post (outside India), Here: What should be address. I know it is WES address. How ever, should i include the WES REFERENCE NO ?
Eg: WES Reference No. XXXXX,World Education Services,Attention: Documentation Center,102-2820 14th Avenue,Markham, ON L3R 0S9,Canada
3. What should be the address proof for WES ? I have seen some blogs which states as candidate address proof (Aadhar/passport with indian address ?)
4. I believe they are not going to hand over directly to us as there are only two options: provide india address/overseas address. Do they actual send to WES?
5. If everything is dealt only by going to Examination branch, kindly suggest the best approach . In this case, should we apply by hand at examination centre and follow up there after ?

Atlast guys, i can get the WES documents from Osmania University. For the moment, it is still stuck at Customs clearance at Canada. Yet to reach WES. How ever the document process is pretty simple.

- Apply online for Osmania University WES transcripts
- They are shipping directly to WES
-In the address Proof, Just write the WES address in a word doc and convert to PDF and upload. Also, make sure to the update your WES reference along with the address

Important points:
1.Make sure to have a clear colour copies of the documents while uploading.
2. Have some one visit the controller of exams at counter 12 after 3-4 days. They will delay or put it to hold if there are issues with uploaded documents. Take all the original and color xerox along. In my case i have uploaded clear color documents but they still told that some are not clear and took my copies.
3. I am happy that they processed immediately after that.
4. Once they dispatch it takes 2 days to reach the post office and to track online
5. Again go to to the counter to get the tracking number.

I have applied in urgent process and they have dispatched in 8 days. Unfortunately, it is via speed post and it is stuck at customs in canada from 22 Feb. They shipped from india on 18th Feb.

Hi guys need input on this issue that Iam currently facing.
Have anyone recently registered on the OU website, I have been trying to register on https://www.ouexams.in/ouexbapp/Register I get the password SMS but it doesn't log in to the site and says invalid password. The format of password BxXx6X Xxxx
Have tried with 3 different Indian phone numbers and they all show the same error. The password has space between them tired either way doesn't work is there something I am missing here?
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

I have MBA from Osmania. However WES has evaluated my degree as 1 year diploma, not master's degree. Did same thing happened to you? I'm planning to get assessed by another organisation, maybe IQAS? If so, should I use this online service of Osmania and include post address of IQAS instead of WES?

I believe you are from IN. From considerable number of folks from IN who shared their EC assessment here in the forum what we can infer is any Master of Business Administration programs that's done apart from IIM or IIT will not be considered as Canadian equivalent Master's. In some cases WES refused to give a bachelors equivalency for three years programs. Most of the bachelors degree and it's credentials in Canada are of four years so obviously three years bachelors from some countries are not equivalent to Canadian bachelors. Yet you can apply for another ECA and give a try.
Yet IRCC is aware of this scenario when candidates approaching a different ECA agency because they were not satisfied with the previous assessment from WES. There could be possibilities where IRCC could deny CRS points for ECA at a later stage after ITA and Applying. There were some applicants who shared their experience where they mentioned their points for ECA were changed after receiving ITA and the application was refused because their CRS didn't meet the cutoff because of the Change in procedures IRCC provided to ECA agencies.
All ECA agencies will be getting changes in evaluation procedures as IRCC provide, and many reforms / changes are coming up soon to the Express Entry and ECA procedures as well.

HERE IS THE UPDATE

i asked a friend to visit and had sent my mark sheet copies plus . signed WES form.The college told him that it has to be done online by choosing the college status non autonomous. I couldn't edit the existing account so created a new one using my husband's phone no. this time i chose non autonomous college and it allowed me to proceed with WES transcript option. I have finally applied today for urgent option (Rs.200 per transcript) and Rs.3000 for postal. IT should be dispatched within 7 working days but i dont know how that can be tracked?

Does anyone has experience tracking once application is uploaded and paid for?

Hi karuna, i am facing the same issue. Can I follow the above said process by changing mobile number and “No” to autonomous college and apply? Did it work for you? Please advice.
