Wes Form with Canada address at the bottom

Hi all
I am planning to apply for express entry to Canada.
I have used Wes form which has mentioned USA address at the bottom instead of using Canada addressed form.
My university registrar has filled the wes form and returned it along with the transcript in the sealed envelope.
Will it be an issue if I send it to Canada for evaluation? A bit worried!

Your transcripts and degree copy matters more than that form.

'Hi, Instead of attaching Canada Wes Academic Records Request Form(where Canada address is mentioned at the bottom),I have used USA Wes form by mistake.This USA form is attached along with my transcript and given by my University registrar in a sealed envelope.Will it be an issue when I send the envelope to Canada for evaluation? Regards'

Following was the reply from WES
Documents received in either our New York or Toronto office will automatically be matched with your Canadian or U.S. application.

So this is my interpretation on WES reply
Wes reference no. is the one that matters in the wes form.
Most important things which you send are your academic documents and they will evaluate those alone.
