WES for spouse

Hello,

I got my PPR last week and now I'm preparing my installation in Canada.

However I don't know what documents canadian companies are asking for when they recruit someone. Probably diplomas and I already got the equivalency with WES when I applied for entry express, but I am not sure if my wife should ask for an equivalency of her diplomas too, to be allowed to work in Canada.
Is it required ? Thanks in advance for your answers and help.

Employers will not care about, or ask for, your ECA.

If you and your wife get your PR, you are allowed to work. You don't need to prove anything else beyond the fact that you are a PR.
