?WES for Spouse education

In order to claim Spouse points.. Do we need WES for Spouse?
Will WES is enough to claim educational points of spouse or does IELTS too requires?

I want to claim only spouse education points and not the IELTS points. Can we do that?

To get a good score, it is recommended to provide IELTS for the Spouse too (NOT MANDATORY)
