WES for Engineering graduate - FSW - 2174 NOC

I want to get the education assessment through WES for FSW - 2174 NOC.
I have completed my secondary, post secondary(2years) and Engineering in Computer science(4yrs) from India. What are all the documents I need for processing WES.
Please advice

- Take a copy of your University Degree (Not College Certificate).
- Take a copy of the University Mark-sheets
- Request your University for an official transcript. They will provide it to you in a Sealed Envelope. DO NOT OPEN IT.
- Make payment on the WES Site. Print a copy of the receipt.
- Send the sealed envelope + Receipt + Copy of University Degree + Copy of Mark sheets via courier to WES.
- Just go through the WES Site and make sure there is nothing special required to do in your case.

No need to send Secondary and High-Secondary certificates.

I got my official transcripts. But the university it self did not put any sticker to my transcripts cover. Does this create a issue? What I mean is literally I can open it and see my transcripts and again put it back. Of course, there is a stamp on cover

Also, another question I have is my spouse who will be dependent for my PR application should go thru educational assessment? He has done his engineering in Computer Science and now doing a Software job in India.

- My university showed me the transcript and then put it in a sealed envelope.
- Please speak with someone at the university regarding this. You may even get the University to send the transcripts directly to WES although I am not sure even in that case whether WES will accept a non-sealed transcript.

To answer my own question, spouse doesn't need WES. I got this answer in another forum.
