I am planning to apply for QSW. I have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from India and Master's in Chemical Engineering from Canada. However, I see that points are allocated only for Bachelor's degree and not for Master's in Chemical Engineering in the Areas of Training list. Do I need WES for my bachelor's degree although my master's is from the same discipline and from Canada?
Secondly, Does Masters degree get 14 or 12 points according to the selection factor. I can see that in the selection factor, it says Post-Graduate diploma in university studies gets 14 points.
Thirdly, I don't have the IELTS test results since I took CELPIP. Can I submit my IELTS scores on a later date after submitting my application?
