WES for ACCA

Hi everyone,
Im an ACCA student in my Applied Skills level. I’m interested in doing further studies in Canada and applying for PR there after. Can someone tell me when I should apply for a WES evaluation? Now? Or after I become an ACCA affiliate?
also ACCA affiliate is once you finish all the papers and ACCA member is once you finish the work experience too? Correct me if I’m wrong

Acca Member is when you finish 3 years experience with all performance objectives. And yes ACCA affiliate is when all papers are done.

ACCA member and Affiliate get same evaluation from WES. So probably get it done when you have completed all papers.
