WES follow up on documents

Hi,

I applied for documents verification through WES in the month of April 2017. Shortly, I received a confirmation of my transcripts stating further requirement of high school transcripts. Then the education board in my home country arranged to send this across to WES. As per the tracking Id, WES received the transcripts almost 45 days back. Inspite of multiple follow ups on the contact link on WES site, there has been no response. Is there an alternative method to contact WES. I've tried calling on the number list, but there is no response.

Keep trying is all you can do. WES is not good at respoding to questions. At times they respond but most of the times they don't. WES ECA process can be frustrating if it goes off track from the standard process.

try contacting them through twitter, they are pretty active there and they can give you updates as well.
