WES Evalutaion - Ph.D

Hello Experts,

My spouse has a Ph.D in English Literature from Bharathiar University. We have created a WES profile and looking to get the ECA done in order to apply for PR in Express Entry.

Question - Is it enough if we submit the Ph.D degree alone for ECA or do we need to submit all the Bachelor and Masters Degree too ?

We are currently in Canada and hence looking to get the transcripts through third party like mailtranscripts.com. Any review of them?

Also any one recently submitted ECA for Ph.D degree from Bharathiar University?
