WES Evaluaton Documents Issue

Please help me
i have submitted my BSc Documents ( Degree,provisional . marks shees ) attested photocopies from HEC in a seal envelope by HEC to wes from Pakistan. First my status appear that documents are under review Now status is appearing that Submitted documents are not acceptable . submit again. i have fulfilled all the requirements. Even i did not allow DHL courier to open the documents seal in front of me.
Please guide me .where is mistake.i have forward them email.
but still did not find any update.The following message appearing in Documents Required Section of my account

"Received Documents Awaiting Verification" - The document was received but WES has requested further verification from the issuing institution. WES is waiting for the institution's response. WES reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the documents that it receives.

Hi,

I am afraid I came across a similar problem.

How it could be that WES claims "not acceptable" and requires "resumbit documents", when "what was received" status shows "Academic transcripts sent directly to WES in the manner specified for this country"? It happens to my application as well, which is so confusing.

Could you please let me know how you sort it out at last?

you should go to HEC online website ( http://das.hec.gov.pk/ )where you have already created your account during attestation process.
Check your online status. if it appearing " In progress"...then you should contact with HEC on priority and ask them to change it to "Attested" ..after getting this .......issue will be resolved automatically at WES end don't worry
you can take help from HEC website email addresses of relevant persons...

Can you please share the process with me.What documents I need to send I already attest the Degree from HEC. From where I should attest Metric and Fsc Degree?How much is the charges?
