Hello,

I'm planning to apply for ECA through WES while preparing for IELTS. Meanwhile, Can I request my university to send a transcript in a sealed envelope to directly WES?

Does the university mention WES reference number on the envelope as it is a mandatory requirement from them. Or it will be better if I request an original transcript and send it to WES on my own with an assurance of WES reference number on it?

I’m applying for WES credential simultaneously to avoid further time in the process. IS this correct method to proceed ahead for express entry application?

As per the revised rules for Indian students, you sending your transcripts to WES after receiving them from your University is no longer an option.

So your University shall need to directly mail your transcripts to WES - with your WES reference number on the top of the sealed envelope.
Not all Universities provide this facility, so if your University does not either - then you'll need to find a creative way to meet this requirement. You can check other threads on this forum by students in the same situation. Good luck!
