WES Evaluation

Hey guys,
Hope someone can help.
WES has updated my status. It is saying my degree certificate has been “accepted” but my academic transcript was “not accepted” due to WES not receiving it directly from my academic institution.
However, my degree certificate and academic transcript were both sent in the same envelope by my Academic Institution as per WES instructions.
How can one be accepted and not the other?
Has anyone had similar?

Did you go to a college that was part of a larger university system? Sometimes, the degree is valid because it was conferred by the University, but WES wants the college to send the academic transcript, and not the University.

No, I attained my Diploma through a Recognised Training Provider here in Australia that specialises in Business Management courses. This is what WES have sent me.

Reason: WES received your document, but it was not sent directly from your academic institution. WES requires your institution to send academic documents directly to WES.

Instructions: Please ask your academic institution to send your document to WES in a sealed envelope that is signed or stamped across the back flap by the appropriate official. If you have already contacted your institution, no action is necessary at this time.

Maybe someone else can help then. I don't know much about the Australian system.

Can someone confirm as my WES going to expire and there is an option we can get a electronic copy send to IRCC.. do we really need to have another hard copy for the same.. when we need to apply for the immigration?
