WES Evaluation

Hi I recently received an email from WES stating following issues

1)Degree certificate not received for my Bachelors as well as Masters- I just want to know whether a photostat copy of my degree attested by the examination officer/dean would solve this purpose.
2) Doctoral degree conformation:- For this do i need to send Doctoral degree form available on the website of WES duly filled by university officials.

For question 1: you just need to send photocopies of your bachelors and masters certificate that you received when you completed your programs.

Thank you for your help..so I don't need to get it attested from university..that would save me lots of time..
