WES evaluation steps

Can anybody explain me the various steps of WES and duration of time for each step. For example, my documents were received by WES on 30-Mar-2015. Since 02-Apr-2015, it is showing as "document received, review under progress". What would be the next steps and how much time for each step.

WES state a standard processing time of 20 business days from when all of your documents have been received. So from the stage of 'Documents Received - Review in Progress" it should change to "Evaluation in Progress". Then as I saw, and others have reported, once your status is updated with an estimated completion date it means your report should be completed within around 3-5 days, irrespective of what the estimated completion date says. You'll probably also notice that the estimated completion date will disappear which means your report will likely be done in around 1-2 days from that point.

This is all based on my experience and that reported by other forum members, so don't take it as gospel. Hope it helps though.
