WES Evaluation Report - Canada Mail/ International Courier to US Address

I need to know that should I select Canada Mail/ International Courier service for receiving the evaluation report to be sent to a US address.

I am going with WES Canada for evaluation for Express Entry. Currently in US. So, which postal service should I select - canada mail or international courier to US?

I logged into my account to see which I used and it just says "standard delivery." If you use a courier you can track the package, but WES gives you an electronic download immediately so I found the hard copy was pretty much a waste of time.

Standard delivery is ok.. I used that and was good!
