What to Submit How to Submit
1. Clear, legible photocopies of all final or To be submitted to WES by applicant.
provisional degree certificates issued by the institutions
attended e.g. Bachelor, Master, Master of Philosophy,
Postgraduate Diploma


AND


2. All individual mark sheets indicating all subjects taken Request for all mark sheets to be sent directly to WES by the institution
responsible for conducting the examinations
and marks obtained for all years of post-secondary study –
issued by the institution responsible for conducting the examinations.
e.g. university or autonomous college -OR-

You may have photocopies of your original mark sheets attested and
dated by the Controller of Examinations or Registrar’s Office. Please
request for the attested photocopies to be placed in an official sealed
envelope and have the envelope returned to you to forward to WES.

NOTE: Mark sheets attested by persons outside the Controller of
Examination or Registrar's Offices, such as individual professors or
external notary publics, will NOT be accepted.

I have done my B.com (pass) or Bachelor in commerce (pass) from Delhi university via correspondence. I had lost all my individual mark sheets for 3 years and now I have requested duplicate copies of the same. I have my degree certificate. Now my questions are as follows:

a) In point number 1, above, I need to get photocopy of my degree certificate. Do I need to get that attested as well???

b) In point number 2 above, its says I need to get photocopy of original mark sheet attested and dated. I do not have original marksheet. I have requested for duplicate mark sheet. So the duplicate mark sheet that I have requested, can I take a photocopy of that and then get it attested and then send it to WES???

c) I have also requested for official transcripts as well. So if I get the transcripts, does it still become necessary to send documents stated in point number b (above) or just the transcripts will do????

I would recommend to send all documents what u can get with regards to your education Marksheet copies, degree copies, and transcript also if possible. As some universities does not provide transcripts rather they only provide marksheet.

Also get all of those documents attested by university and also get it in a sealed envelop. And then send to WES.

thanks bro...How are u doing with your FSW apllication...I have started so late that I will only be able to send my application by the 3rd week of dec. So its just 50 50 chances for me. But I am not giving up hope

I'll be giving my Ielts exam on the 6th dec and most probably I will get to know the results by the 19th Dec. Is there anyway I can collect the the original marksheet of ielts, instead of they posting it to me, just to save on time?
