WES evaluation for incomplete PhD degree

Hello,

I have completed my master's from the Univ. of Mumbai and currently pursuing a Ph.D. from the USA. The transcript for my Ph.D. (which is in progress) shows I have completed my master's. Can I submit just my Ph.D. transcript to WES and get Bachelors's/Masters completed evaluation?
Sending my masters transcript from the Univ of Mumbai will take me a lot of time, so I was hoping to get an evaluation based just on my incomplete Ph.D. transcript.

Nope. Why would they give you a master's equivalency from an institution using an incomplete PhD transcript from another institution.

It won't be evaluated as anything. You need to get your masters Evaluated to get points for masters
