WES Evaluation for Foreign and Canadian Degree

Hi Guys,
I had a doubt about the WES evaluation for the PR process.
Let's say I have a Bachelor's degree from India and also a Canadian degree.
Do I need WES for both the degrees or just the Indian one?

A Canadian degree does not require any ECA because it is already a Canadian equivalent.

Just the Indian one. Canadian degrees do not require ECA.
