WES evaluation for Bachelors if we have Masters in US

Hi - I've done my "Master of Engineering" from Lamar University, Texas, USA and Bachelor's of Technology in India.
1. In WES Canada "Degree evaluation tool" I'm not seeing "Master of Engineering'" as a option in "Name of Degree/Diploma:" drop down. Did WES accepts "Master of Engineering" as Masters of Science degree even though it is not listed?

2. Do I need to undergo the WES evaluation for my "Bachelors Degree" even though I have Master's degree in US?

1. The tool doesn't have every possible permutation. When you actually pay for the ECA, they will evaluate it correctly

2. You only need to validate your highest degree.
