To enter your education credentials you must know the Canadian equivalent duration. There are two questions in EE education history section regarding the duration of the program, one is about the actual duration which you know already, another one is duration mentioned in the ECA report. Your education points will be completely based on the duration and level of education mentioned in the ECA report not on your actual duration and level. Unfortunately WES did not mention the duration of your management program so it is difficult to guess whether or not IRCC will accept it if you enter 1 year as the duration of this program (ECA). But this is not WES's fault, actually they are not the designated institute to evaluate such credentials. Please check below-
Two or more post-secondary credentials (three-year or longer post-secondary credential required)

This equivalency assessment outcome applies to reports issued by either the International Credential Evaluation Service (ICES), British Columbia Institute of Technology, or the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS), Government of Alberta. These designated organizations provide equivalency assessment outcomes in English only.
I had one additional query, given that WES has already evaluated my Primary Degree, is it worthwhile just sending my Second EPGDBM for evaluation to IQAS instead of spending on transcripts for the first BE degree or do I need to send them both for evaluation?
If you send only second credential then you have to use both WES report (for bachelors) and IQAS (for EPGDBM) and Visa Officer will be aware about WES evaluation. In that case it will be the visa officer's discretion to accept either evaluations of your EPGDBM. So don't take any chance, send the bachelor degree and EPGDBM and use only IQAS report for EE.I had one additional query, given that WES has already evaluated my Primary Degree, is it worthwhile just sending my Second EPGDBM for evaluation to IQAS instead of spending on transcripts for the first BE degree or do I need to send them both for evaluation?
Thanks for the quick revert. One final question, do you have any idea if my EPGDBM degree will get recognized by IQAS?If you send only second credential then you have to use both WES report (for bachelors) and IQAS (for EPGDBM) and Visa Officer will be aware about WES evaluation. This report is from WES. They identified your Bachelor degree is a part of the Masters degree. According to them it is not two separate degrees, basically you can claim either Bachelor's degree (3 years) or Masters degree equivalent Bachelor's degree (four years). If you still fill out your EE profile by mentioning both degrees separately then system will award you points for "two or more" but it will be visa officer's discretion to accept it or reject it. You can try IQAS, ICES as alternative ECA authority. They may evaluate them separately and in that case you will safely be awarded points for "two or more degrees".Hi @ishq74

Dear ashaq74Assuming your both credentials (you don't need secondary diploma credential so I am ignoring it) are from WES recognized institute, you will be awarded points for "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degree" because you have four years bachelors degree Plus one year long certificate which falls under "One-year degree, diploma or certificate from a program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute".
To get clear picture read below, I have given you instruction how to fill up these in EE profile at the end of the post in Italic font.
Many people's understanding of "two or more degree" points are not clear enough. People often get confused by the list provided under 1st section and ignore the other three sections below. People think only a minimum 3 years long bachelor's or diploma Plus a post graduate study can be counted but in real we can count any post secondary diploma or certificates (minimum 1 year) and a minimum 3 years degree or diploma to get points for "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees".
Here are IRCC guidelines- https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/become-candidate/eligibility/education-assessed/read-report.html

As you can see your second credential falls under one year long degree, certificates or diplomas thus you will get points for "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees".
When you will be creating EE profile you will be asked to fill up eligibility questionnaire first. You will be asked to answer your "Level of Education"- here you should select "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees."
If you score 67 and become eligible you will be able to create your EE profile. Here in education section you need to create two separate fields for your two credentials.
For your degree "Level of education" would be your actual level of education- this could bachelors degree or masters as some people get masters evaluated as bachelors (check your certificate) then you will see another question for "level of education according to the ECA report", here you need to enter your level of education as per ECA which would be "Bachelor's degree (four years)".
Similarly for your second credential "Level of education" would be your actual level of education- this could be one or two year diploma (check your certificate). Here "level of education according to the ECA report", would be "Completion of a college-level certificate (one year)".
Submit your profile you will be awarded points for "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees." You are very lucky to have two post secondary credentials because now if you can score Listening-8, Reading-7, Writing-7 and Speaking-7 in IELTS then you would be awarded extra skill transferability points which may take you near current CRS Cutoff Score.
Hope it helps, Good Luck!
I am not in your field so cannot exactly tell you what you would come out from ECA. But as far as I know, bachelors in Architecture is a professional degree like MBBS and WES will evaluate it as first professional degree which is equivalent to a Masters degree so you actually don't need the second credential to claim points for "two or more degrees" because Masters degree points are always greater than "two degrees" points. Send your Architecture degree to WES and wait for the report. If it comes out as Professional degree then you will get CRS points equivalent to masters, otherwise you can use your second credential to claim points for "two or more". In the mean time you should continue your study. Your original degree duration does not matter, WES will see the final degree level. If it is recognized as Masters degree in Pakistan then WES will evaluate it according to their mechanism to evaluate a Masters degree. If you get this evaluated as one year program if not masters then still it will help you to fetch extra crs points.Dear ashaq74
Kindly look into this matter for me I am from pakistan and I have done my bachelor's in architecture 5 years and and now I'm doing masters in project management from szabist ..
The masters program is a 33 credit hour program and is recognized by the HEC .. I am taking full load and will be done in two semesters. One is completed while the next semester will start in Feb and finish in May.
Total 11 courses .. 3 cr hour each .. that's 33 cr hours.
I will be going for my eca through WES as it has both my universities on it's panels .. National college of Arts and SZABIST. And both programs also show in the list.
My question is will my masters degree be considered for evaluation? As it's being completed in a years time .. in actual it's for. September to May! That's not even a complete year .. but it's HEC recognized ..
Even if I get 2 or more degrees as an ECA I will still have enough points to qualify for my ITA. But the question is will this be evaluated .. 5years bachelor's and 1 year master
Can you please guide me regarding this!
