WES-equivalent for INDIAN DIPLOMA- 3 years

When you say Bachelor, is it Bachelor in Engineering or just a Bachelor. To be more specific With this qualification is it possible to get a direct admission to Masters in Engineering in Canada.

My educational details are..
10th + 3 years diploma + 3 years B.Tech.
Am I considered as 2 or more certificate or degrees.
If yes, what I need to select in WES for diploma? Because there is no option to select diploma in WES

Raksha, I recently got my Diploma assessed by WES; I have also completed 3 year Diploma in Electrical and Electronics after class X.

WES Report:

Canadian Equivalency: Diploma (2 years)

And under the credential analysis, they have mentioned: Secondary School Diploma and diploma (2 years)

If it was after 12th, then Bachelors
If it was after 10th, then Diploma

For 'after 12th' case, do i need to do WES for 12th ? or how do they evaluate ?

Diploma was of 3 regular years after 10th.
However, after completing diploma, doing my job i have done my 12th also from open board.
Now please tell me is it equals to bachelors??
