Hi Expert,
10+2 and 3 years diploma same has submitted to WES. However received candian equivalency : Canadian Equivalency: Diploma (2 years)

Some people told its Bachelor degree but i have received only Canadian Equivalency: Diploma (2 years). If possibility to approach and change my equivalency please let me know. if any one received relay please contact me or share your equivalency lokesh0801@gmail.com

I guess, WES might be checking at the grades of the diploma's as well. I have see someone mentioning this on other threads.

I have done a 3 months diploma in Airline Reservations, Marketing, Fares/E-Ticketing, GDS - amadeus, AIRPORT OPERATIONS & CARGO from the 1st Iata institute in Sri Lanka which is known as International Airline Ticketing Academy and a registered institution Under Tvec Sri Lanka. I have done the done diploma after my 10th actually i didn't get through my 12th, So will WES recognize this as a diploma or will it not recognize?

I did the same and mine is also considered as diploma 2 years. Wondering if I should do it again through any other agencies. Let me know what did you decide.

I did 3 years diploma in footwear technology from Footwear Design and Development Institute after 10+2 so basically my qualification is 10+2+3.
My wife did Bachelors ( BSC Home Science ) and Masters ( MA in Social Work ) from University of Delhi.
So kindly advise on our ECA as well

Has anybody got a WES assessment done for similar educational qualification? If so what was the assessment result?

I tried the WES equivalency tool but I am not getting "diploma" in the drop down menu.

Hi, i am also having the same issue, as i have done diploma in civil engineering after 10th which is 3 years course from M.S.University. But i am confused what to select in institution type for WES procedure, because it does not show diploma anywhere?

Hi all ,

I just got me and my wife's ECA report from WES as follows :

Diploma (3 Years Mechancial Engg) > Canadian Equivalency: Secondary school diploma and diploma (two years)
B.Tech (3 Years Mechancial Engg) > Canadian Equivalency: Bachelor's degree (four years)

I have already made express entry profile , however we are getting less scores on Express Entry Profile page compared to CRS score calculated on CIC website ( http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp )

I want to know on Study and Education page on express entry profile should we select Secondary Diploma ( High School Graduation ) or Bachelors / 3 Years program at university or technical school option for Diploma in Mechanical Engineering ,

Will IRCC consider our education under 2 or more certificate or degrees option. Should we write to WES on this for diploma education.

i have done 10 + (3 year) diploma in civil engineering now i want to change my field to film production diploma in canada am i eligible?
the film production diploma at Toronto film school says (high school/ secondary (and any post-secondary) transcripts required to be eligible) help me please if you know. Thank you.
