Hi All!

I am writing this post to inquire whether there is any kind of envelope rule for sending docs/transcript to Wes for assessment:

Presently I and my husband both are looking forward to immigrate to Canada. On 2nd March,18 we have courier our respective transcripts /doc to Wes and was successful delivered to their centre on 6th March.
On checking my Wes account I found that my documents are getting evaluated and I need not do anything now.#But the problem is that my husband's status is shown as"documents on hold".

We put all the two respective transcripts and respective other doc'duely signed and Wes ref no written on all respective docs and put them all in a single Large envelope and send it to Wes for evaluation.

Please let me know whether it was right or did we make any mistakes?does it has any impact on my husband's documents to go "on hold"?

Seniors please advise and put my mind at ease...!!

It seems that either they are waiting for a confirmation from your husband's university regarding his transcripts or yet to open his package. Its got nothing to do with the way you've sent it, which seems fine to me. Relax and wait for a few days

In IQAS, we were supposed to send documents in 2 separate envelopes (with different reference numbers) for the two of us, not sure about WES. Combining two candidates' documents in single large envelope might have created an issue, better call WES and check.

Thank you all for your valuable info and feedbacks!

I checked yesterday..my husband's status presently"documents received"finally!!

But considering ankie's suggestion;it is better to segregate the docs in two different sets of envelope.
Nevertheless this thread might be helpful for future candidates!!!
