I have created an express entry profile. But not submitted yet as I am waiting for my WES report.
So main question is Wes Toronto received my documents on June 13, 2019. Their website shows 35 days to get WES done. Now after exact 35 days, I do not see any update on my profile so I am calling them for follow up. What they replied is even more disgusting. They are saying that it takes 35 days, after the reviewing of your documents is done. My documents are still under review from more than a month period and according to them, 35 days of waiting period has not started yet. I asked her how long will it take for review to get completed. She says she cannot tell that. It depends on how much workload is there blah blah. weird!!
I got only 2 updates on my WES account:
1. June 13 - We received your documents . We are reviewing your documents.
2. June 21 - We received your documents . We are reviewing your documents.
Why are they giving waiting time when they have no idea when it is going to be finished? Is anybody here, who can help understand my situation. My Express Entry profile is like ready to get submit and come under draw pool. But, this WES has hanged everything.
