WES Education Credential Assessment (ECA)

This is regarding the recent envelopes of the documents sent to WES Canada.

now to give the background, I have done Bachelors of Computer Engineering and prior to that I had done Diploma in Industrial Electronics.

The recent package of docs that I have sent to WES includes 2 envelopes:
1. Bachelors of Engineering marksheets and convocation
2. Diploma in Industrial Electronics marksheets and diploma certificate.

Now What I want to know here is what will be the outcome of the WES reports and more specifically how many points I will be able to claim from CIC as per WES report?

After SSC i.e. Standard 10th I joined Diploma which was 4 year course (normally its 3 year but this was Semester Sandwich Pattern which includes Inplant Training or Internship of 2 semesters.) Followed by Engineering of 3 years(direct joining into 2nd Year after Diploma)

All these affliated from Mumbai University (Engineering) and Mumbai State Board of Technical Education (Diploma).

Long story short:
Total years of Education 10+4+3 = 17 years
What will be my report as per WES and what will be points that I can claim from CIC?

Yes Sealed envelopes for BE and Diploma by the respective boards / university. So what do you think about my question?

Assuming everything goes right your education shall fetch you a minimum of 21 or a maximum of 22 points.

I think it will be equivalent to either Canadian Bachelors (21 points) OR 2 or more Canadian Post Secondary diploma (22 points).

You need a total of 67 points.

Following are what you would score:

AGE - 12 points
Work Experience - 13 points (4 years or more)
IELTS - 20 Points

Total without education = 45 Points

If there is no other adaptability or spouse IELTS score involved then you will need 22 points from WES Evaluation.

Hi I have got transcripts from University. Shall I send them directly to WES ? (Not through University). Shall I attach some thing along with that courier.I guess I need to fill application online! and send courier by offline .Please confirm. What will be the time will WES takes ?

(Not through University).YES YOU ONLY HAVE TO SEND IT THE REASON ITS WRITTEN DIRECTLY BY UNIVERSITY THERE IS BECAUSE ITS SEALED ENVELOPE Shall I attach some thing along with that courier. NO NEED I guess I need to fill application online! and send courier by offline .Please confirm. What will be the time will WES takes ? THEY TAKE AROUND 20 25 days ONCE THEY RECEIVE THE COURIER. ALTHOUGH MY EXPECTED DATE WAS 19th AUG but I got today itself i.e. 6th AUG. I has send the envelopes and they received it on 16th JULY

Cant it be ? Two or more post-secondary credentials, one of which is a three-year or longer post-secondary credential: 22 points

Need advise, anyone aware of it that WES will give approval/ certified status to BCOM degree obtained from EILLM university one of the UGC approved university in india.

Doesn't we need to send Degree Original Certificate and Convocation or any other certs separately ?(As WES told to send them by Applicant And Invdividual mark sheets-Year wise to be sent by University). Please confirm !
