I applied for WES assessment for my bachelor degree, part of the application is to provide my "Secondary School Certificate" directly from our ministry of education, the problem is that our ministry of education doesn't provide such services, now WES is telling me that I can choose to drop the "Secondary School Certificate" assessment.
my question here, if I choose to drop that, would this effect my application, and would I be able to lodge my express entry based on that assessment.
