hi friends
i am going to do ECA....I have create WES online account and issue me reference no and i have pay amount .
i just want to know what is next step and what is WES address ....

refer to WES official website. everything you need is provided on it.

collect your transcripts and degree/diploma certificates from your university, have them certified by university, and send the courier to WES toronto.

you must get the COVER of courier certified by university, otherwise wes will not accept it. I mean cover must have sign and stamp of university on the closing flaps of cover.
all is explained on its website.
just go for it...

Mailing address details would be available in your WES account itself, where you would be paying the ECA charge.

for me I did my MBA 2009-2011 but I applied and got my degree certificate in 2016 (however Consolidated memo date is 2011, only degree certificate is 2016). So the year awarded is still 2011 or 2016.
Please let me know as I am confused.

i beileve it should be 2011, it would be an absolute travesty otherwise...

i could be wrong however, so please wait for someone to revert with a definite answer

It's the year that is written (which means awarded) on your degree certificate. Degree issued/handed over/delivered to the student date may be different.

Use 2011 and write a Letter of explanation about the same. Don't worry WES is not like IRCC not OINP they will consider what you mention unless it's a goof up! This is just the beginning! Start reading all the forum questions to get well versed with the issues and solutions to use when needed!

What's the year of completion mentioned on your degree? Degrees are generally given an year later in India, during convocation. But this does not mean that degree awarded date is delayed by an year.
In my case, I completed Bachelors in 2002, got degree in 2003, but degree mentioned that awarded in 2002.
So check the same, it should guide you. Another way to confirm could be the date mentioned on the latest marksheet.
