WES ECA Timeline 2020

Just checking when will my exam application status will change based on experience in this group.

Timeline for my eca
1 Sept 2020 - Application started
8 Sept 2020 - Electronic document received from institution, status changed to Analyzing Evaluation is in progress (No ETA).

But no change on status after that.

Update.... my ECA is completed, yesterday I received my report, now I'm waiting for my partner's one which is still "under final review" since 10 sept. I hope today will be copleted.

My timeline:
29.06 - account created
06.07 - physical documents delivered by DHL
12.08 - in progress
21.08 - documents rejected
24.08 - documents sent by ministry
30.08 - evaluating documents
15.09 - under final review (17:30 EEST)
15.09 - completed (19:30 EEST)

My partner's timeline is a bit different:
29.06 - account created
06.07 - physical documents delivered by DHL
24.08 - documents sent by ministry
28.08 - evaluating documents (on hold until now since 06.07)
10.09 - under final review

Worst possible scenario here,

my documents were delivered on 4 August, but my file shows ON-HOLD, spoke to WES 3rd time today they asked me to wait. The phone operator confirmed that package was received but may have been lost in WES office.

any idea what can be done except waiting? shall I tell my uni again to send the email instead of courier?

Right after this my WES account updated to reflect "In Progress". Below is my timeline so far.

Sep 4: Documents delivered to WES.
Sep 16: We are processing a new package or document for your application.

Sept 17: The estimated completion date of your evaluation is 10/15/2020
Hoping I will get the report before the next FSW draw

Yes, everything was electronic thankfully. I was surprised as well at how fast it went through
